Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Inner Balance Innovations, your daily activities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments while working with couples, families, and individuals, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical stress, and adjustments post-separation or divorce.

• Creating, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans that support positive mental health outcomes.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Documenting progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engaging in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to collaborate on treatment strategies, share insights, and ensure the adoption of best practices.

• Promoting a supportive atmosphere for patients and their families, helping to foster their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be essential in handling a diverse client base that includes adults, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with families facing various challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position, candidates must possess the following:
