Investment Operations Associate

We’re partnering with a highly regarded investment management firm in NYC that is looking to add an Operations Associate to its team.

This opportunity sits within a small, dynamic operations group that works closely with the investment team to support global trading activity across a range of products. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily trade support and reconciliation processes across various asset classes

• Coordinate trade settlement activity, allocations, and booking accuracy

• Investigate and resolve trade breaks alongside counterparties, brokers, and internal stakeholders

• Provide operational support for complex trading strategies and portfolio activity

• Assist with daily reporting and operational controls tied to trading workflows

Ideal Candidates:

• Approximately 4–6 years of operations experience within hedge funds, asset managers, or similar environments

• Strong understanding of FX, futures, options, rates, and swaps

• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail

• Team player with a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality

• Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has genuine interest in the markets
