We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a full-time overnight schedule, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment, along with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Document care accurately and maintain timely, complete patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other care team members to support patient outcomes.
• Support patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Respond appropriately to urgent situations and follow established clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Accurate documentation and attention to detail.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain, if required.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position.
• Three 12-hour shifts per week.
• Overnight schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.
