Corporate Legal Assistant

Joining a dynamic Health/Corporate practice group, the full-time Corporate Legal Assistant will draft correspondence, manage client inquiries, and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure timely project completion while working primarily in-office with the potential for two remote days per week. Key Responsibilities Draft correspondence and respond to client inquiries as directed by attorneys Organize and coordinate client work and manage multiple projects to ensure timely completion Assemble applications and legal documents, track submission statuses, and maintain electronic and paper files Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience, with administrative litigation experience preferred Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Professional, and PowerPoint Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently Detail-oriented with strong proofreading, grammar, and spelling skills
