Experienced Family Law Paralegal

Job Description

Lee Ohlmann Law seeks an experienced Family Law Paralegal to help support a growing caseload. The Firm's family law matters include complex asset cases, regular dissolutions, and some custody and parenting time disputes. The Firm employs mediation and alternative dispute resolution as tools when possible, but acknowledges that litigation can be the only viable path forward. The Family Law Paralegal will support the litigation workstream, working directly with the Litigation Partner to prepare pleadings, engage with clients, and ensure cases are ready for trial.

The Firm is lifestyle oriented and is happy to meet applicants where they are in terms of both total hours and compensation. Ideally, this role would be relatively full time (30-40 hours/week), but the Firm is willing to be flexible.
