Lauderdale. The primary emphasis will be litigation on large multi-party construction defect cases. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and share the firm's commitment to its clients by being prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills required. Must have received JD from a top 25 law school. Construction litigation experience highly preferred.
