Associate Attorney

Company Description Eugenie Reich Law, LLC is a boutique law firm representing whistleblowers in the science, technology, academic, and pharmaceutical sectors. We have a mission-driven environment that values rigorous analysis, ethical advocacy, and impact-focused representation. We manage a busy docket of well-documented qui tam False Claims matters; most still under investigation by the government and in need of active advocacy and support, others in litigation. Role Description Attorneys must be based in Boston, MA, with some flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include development of litigation strategy, drafting and filing briefs, intelligent document review, investigations, and legal and regulatory analysis. We advise clients on their rights and options as whistleblowers, participate in negotiations and settlement discussions, and advance cases in litigation. Compensation We seek to align with the range for the DOJ base salary for attorneys per years of experience. Areas of Preferred Experience Excellent foundation in the law, with proven ability to research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to qui tam False Claims Act whistleblower matters. Litigation, including researching and drafting briefs, meeting procedural requirements, and developing strategy. Proficiency in legal, factual, and industry-specific investigations. Prior experience with science, R&D or tech a major plus. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to at least one U.S. state bar; ability to practice in Massachusetts or willingness to seek admission.
