Job Overview We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will provide comprehensive executive support by managing daily office logistics, operational budgets, and personnel records. Additionally, you will independently conduct research and develop high-quality briefing materials to support executive-level decision-making. This position is in Barstow, CA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Executive & Secretarial Support Serving as the primary point of contact by managing multi-line phone systems and routing inquiries. Coordinating complex executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing comprehensive travel arrangements. Maintaining organized, secure, and accessible filing systems for critical documentation. Office Management & Administration Overseeing daily office operations to ensure seamless administrative functionality for executive staff. Supporting financial and human resources functions, including budget tracking, payroll processing, and personnel record maintenance. Independent Research & Presentation Development Working autonomously on specialized administrative projects and information-gathering initiatives. Synthesizing research data to design, format, and prepare professional briefing charts, slide decks, and other executive presentation materials. Required Qualifications: A minimum of three (3) years of related experience Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study Any related certifications Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance A current Secret clearance is highly desired.
