About The Company Aculabs, an industry leader servicing long-term care homes across the Mid-Atlantic, is currently seeking qualified Medical Laboratory Technicians. Ideal candidates are self-motivated professionals eager to learn and grow alongside experienced laboratory staff. Work Schedules Monday to Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm with Weekend and Holiday Rotation. Saturday to Sunday 11:00 am - 7:30 pm Benefits Competitive pay Paid Time Off Opportunity for growth and advancement Health insurance and retirement benefits Responsibilities Perform and monitor high-complexity laboratory testing under CLIA guidelines Maintain instruments, perform scheduled preventive maintenance, and ensure proper documentation Monitor quality control procedures to ensure test accuracy and compliance Ensure timely processing and completion of patient testing Report results following supervisor verification Identify and resolve issues that may impact test performance or result reporting Maintain accurate records for maintenance, quality control, and workload Communicate with supervisors to report irregularities or performance deviations Requirements/ Education Must have an MLT or MT certification (Bachelor's in Microbiology/Biology is a plus) MD, DO, DPM with current license in the State of the laboratory's location. PhD in Clinical Laboratory Science or another medically similar science field. MS in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or biological science. BS in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical, or biological science. AS in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
