Position Summary: Growing hydraulics company looking for hydraulic repair technicians, and mobile equipment repair tech to maintain and repair hydraulic systems of machinery and equipment by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Willing to train on site as needed 

• Hydraulic hose manufacturing
• Hydraulic cylinder repair  
• Disassembles pumps, motors, controls and valves
• Assembles pumps, motors, valves, controls, and valves using required parts and components in a cost effective manner to conform to installation and performance specifications of original manufacture.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic issues on equipment
• Inspects all parts for conformance to specifications.
• Prepares written documentation of work to be performed including but not limited to, bill of materials, stock in report, purchase requisition and computer documentation sheet.
• Mounts, couples or connects as required to test conformance of performance to original manufacture specifications.
• Building and rebuilding of hydraulic power units and rebuilding of hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic components 

Requirements

• Must have mechanic experience
• Must have basic personal tools
• Must have valid drivers license

Education/Experience:

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Experience with Hydraulic components (appreciated but not required)
• Familiar with both micrometers and caliper measuring tools  (appreciated but not required)
• Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and other instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs. consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.
• -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Exposure to elements such as odor, hydraulic fluids, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.

We are able to service large corporations as well as smaller, local companies while treating all with the respect they deserve. Today, we have three locations – Aberdeen, Tumwater, and Chehalis. We look forward to continued growth.
