General Manager – Restaurant Operations
Location: Laredo, TX
Salary: $57,200 + Monthly Bonus
Schedule: 45–55 hours per week
Operation: 24/7 Restaurant
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a busy 24/7 restaurant operation in Laredo. This position is ideal for a strong restaurant operator who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day business, developing teams, maintaining operational standards, and creating a great guest experience.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a large menu, leading a diverse team, and maintaining flexibility across morning, afternoon, and overnight operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of restaurant General Manager experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong hands-on restaurant operations experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing restaurant teams
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 operation
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, food quality, service, cleanliness, and restaurant standards
- Experience working with a larger or more complex menu
- Ability to balance administrative responsibilities while remaining actively involved in daily operations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to operational needs and emergencies when necessary
Schedule & Expectations
The restaurant operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays . General Managers typically work 45–55 hours per week over six days .
Schedule flexibility is a must. Managers need to be comfortable supporting different shifts based on the needs of the restaurant rather than expecting a permanent or set schedule.
