As we continue to grow into more complex enterprise use cases and regulated environments, the importance of account integrity, abuse prevention, and flexible organization modeling is critical.This role sits at the intersection of Platform Integrity & Protection area (PAA) and the Accounts teams, partnering closely with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams. Together, these teams define how accounts are created, structured, secured, and governed across Klaviyo. Please note this role requires 5 days/week in our Boston office. About the RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy across Platform Integrity & Protection (PAA) and Accounts.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for shaping how Klaviyo:Protects customer accounts and prevents abuseModels accounts and organizations at scaleSupports enterprise, compliance, and multi-entity use casesBuilds platform tools that unlock self-serve capabilities and scalable workflows for stakeholders across the entire businessYou will serve as the single-threaded product owner across these domains, ensuring that decisions around security, identity, and account structure are made cohesively, not in silos.How You’ll Make a DifferenceOwn and drive product strategy and roadmap across Platform Integrity & Protection and AccountsDefine and evolve Klaviyo’s account and organization model to support enterprise scale and complexityLead initiatives focused on account security, authentication abuse prevention, and risk mitigationPartner deeply with IAM to align authentication, authorization, and identity systems with account modelingCollaborate with Security, Compliance, Legal, and GTM teams to meet regulatory and enterprise requirementsAlign multiple engineering teams around shared data models, platform capabilities, and security postureDefine and track metrics for account security, abuse prevention, and platform healthEnable other product teams by building shared frameworks (e.g., permissions, lifecycle hooks, settings systems)Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders on tradeoffs between security, usability, and scalabilityWhat You’ll Work OnBuilding a unified account model that supports multi-brand, multi-entity customersDeveloping a scalable anti-abuse platform with consistent enforcement across channelsImproving account lifecycle management, from creation through closureStrengthening platform security and risk detection capabilitiesReducing friction for customers and internal teams through clearer account and org experiencesWho You AreYou have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or security domainsYou have experience working on account systems, identity, permissions, or data models in B2B SaaSYou are comfortable operating in technical problem spaces and partnering closely with engineeringYou have experience driving cross-team alignment and influencing without direct authorityYou can balance short-term execution with long-term platform strategyYou are comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure in complex environmentsYou communicate clearly and can articulate tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiencesNice to HaveExperience with identity and access management (IAM) systemsFamiliarity with security, compliance, or abuse preventionExperience supporting enterprise or regulated environmentsExperience building platform APIs or shared servicesExperience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional initiatives Massachusetts Applicants:It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Base Pay Range For US Locations:$136,000—$204,000 USDThis role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events.
