Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviewing techniques. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes tailored to each client's needs. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches suited to various mental health concerns. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards. Actively participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, seek guidance, and collaborate on new ideas for client engagement and treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will help clients achieve emotional resilience, improve coping skills, and foster personal growth in a supportive virtual environment. Qualifications A minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. An active license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. At least 2 years of professional experience providing mental health counseling services, with a demonstrated ability to manage cases effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and trust with clients. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented professional environment. Familiarity with evidence-based counseling techniques and interventions relevant to our clientele. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice. Preferred Experience Experience in telehealth counseling, knowledge of specific therapy modalities (such as CBT or DBT), and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are highly valued. Additionally, possessing certifications relevant to mental health counseling or specific populations (such as trauma-informed care) will set you apart. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
