Schedule:
4-5 days per week, Monday-Friday Starting January 4, 2027
Shift options:
8:30 AM-4:30 PM
9:00 AM-5:00 PM
No after-hours call.
Participates in Doctor of the Day (DOD), addressing patient calls during business hours after nursing staff triage.
No hospital rounding required.

Patient Population:

All ages; providers who see adults 18+ only can be accommodated.
Heavy geriatric population, along with middle-aged and younger adults.
Patients often have complex chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and multiple comorbidities.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide standard primary care services and clinic procedures.
Manage patients with multiple chronic conditions, including diabetes and heart disease.
Most procedures are handled by the residency clinic.
Support Staff:

1:1 support ratio with a clinical MA, LPN, or RN.
Requirements:
Internal Medicine board certification required/preferred per facility listing.
Active Wisconsin medical license required; IMLC accepted.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred but not required
