Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand the social needs of clients in detox, focusing on their strengths and areas of vulnerability.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), adapting services based on client progress and family input.
\n
• Monitor client outcomes, working collaboratively with a team to adjust services based on real-time feedback and evolving needs.
\n
• Provide direct support and resources to families, helping them navigate challenges associated with their loved one's detoxification process.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment model to enhance client and family engagement in therapeutic activities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations governing social work and healthcare practices.
\n
• Build and maintain rapport with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a supportive and trustful atmosphere.
\n
• Deliver education and guidance to families about their role in supporting their loved one’s recovery journey, using a coaching model tailored to individual learning styles.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with clients experiencing substance use challenges and may include adults from varied backgrounds seeking withdrawal management and recovery support. We emphasize a family-centered approach, ensuring that the loved ones of our clients are engaged and supported throughout the detoxification process. This role will require a deep understanding of the social determinants of health affecting our client population and a commitment to advocating for their best interests.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with individuals in an early intervention or substance use setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
