Job Overview
We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate attorney to grow their career in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. Seeking an Associate Attorney with 0–2 years of experience to join a growing legal team. Training will be provided to the right candidate. The ideal candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop experience in workers’ compensation matters.
Responsibilities
• Assist with managing workers’ compensation cases
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates
• Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, and settlements
• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Bar license
• 0–2 years of legal experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
