Senior Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist
Summit Property Management
Summit Property Management is seeking an Affordable Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with relevant housing program regulations, supporting property teams in managing resident qualifications and overseeing documentation accuracy. This role is integral to maintaining compliance for our affordable housing communities. Important qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, a strong understanding of federal and state housing laws, and proficiency in property management software.
