Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Proposal Writer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality proposals, responding to RFPs, and supporting business development efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, write, and edit proposals, bids, and presentations remotely.
Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and client requirements to develop customized responses.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams through virtual communication tools.
Ensure proposals are clear, persuasive, and aligned with client needs.
Maintain and update a repository of proposal templates and reusable content.
Proofread and review documents for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
Manage multiple deadlines and ensure timely submission of proposals.
Conduct online research to support proposal development.
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Internship or prior experience in proposal writing, content writing, or business development is a plus.
Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes.
