Residential Business Development Specialist

Grand Home Automation Inc is seeking a Residential Business Development Specialist. This position requires proven experience in the residential marketplace and the ability to open doors and create relationships. Individual should be self-motivated, detailed oriented, have good organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to deal with prospects and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Individual must be capable of developing project scope documents and proposals in an efficient and professional manner. Position offers long term employment potential and career advancement. Grand Home Automation, Inc. is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and serves the greater Midwest market. Skills/ Requirements
