WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU: $75,000 - $85,000 Extensive benefits including paid single health insurance, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with 3% match New office facilities THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Report to the CFO & Controller Manage accurate and timely filing of multistate sales/use tax returns, ensure correct tax classifications and ERP setup, handle exemption certificates, and coordinate audits or nexus studies Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing activities; ensure GAAP compliance and review reconciliations and financial entries Lead, train, and support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting staff; review their work, manage performance, and foster skill development Strengthen financial controls, lead process improvements, and support ERP automation efforts Assist with financial statements, audits, and forecasting, focusing on indirect tax and general ledger accuracy Advise other departments on tax and accounting matters, resolve issues, and ensure policy consistency across the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
