EAP 401k Profit Sharing PTO THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Develop and maintain detailed product and production cost models using labor, material, overhead, equipment, and historical performance data. Analyze cost variances and identify the factors driving differences between planned, standard, and actual results. Work closely with operations, purchasing, engineering, and finance to validate cost assumptions and improve costing accuracy. Support new products, process changes, and other business initiatives by evaluating financial impacts and developing cost scenarios. Maintain costing information and reporting tools used to monitor trends, profitability, margins, and potential financial risks. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cost-improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
