OnTrac is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II to join our Romeoville, IL team onsite. This role supports recruiting and onboarding activities, coordinating events and orientations, and ensuring compliance across HR processes. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in recruiting or onboarding, 1 year in HR, and 1–2 years of clerical experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
