Charge Nurse- Saginaw, Bay City, and Flint MI Openings As a valued member of the Preferred Care MI team, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (Charge) to join our team at our Saginaw, Michigan location. Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of nursing principles, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Serve as the Charge Nurse for the nursing team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensure in the state of Michigan Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
