Salary:

We are seeking aDirector of Manufacturingto lead production at our Holland facility, overseeing multiplesemi-custom, high-performance boat builds.

This is not a generic operations role. Success in this position requireshands-onexpertisein composite boat buildingand the ability to lead technically skilled teams in a complex manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day production across multiple builds

Coordinate schedules, labor, and resources to meet deadlines

Drive efficiency across hull, deck, modules, and final assembly

Lead and support shop floor teams to deliver quality, safety, and performance

Partner with executive and technical leadership to execute builds to standard

Required experience:

10+ years in semi-custom boat building or high-performance marine manufacturing

Deep, hands-on experience with:

Pre-preg, infusion, wet bagging, and open lamination

Epoxy, polyester, andvinyl esterresins (Duratekexperience preferred)

Proven ability to lead production teams in a composite manufacturing environment

Strong production planning and scheduling skills

ProficiencyinExcel and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
