Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you the opportunity to work from home while connecting with clients through our advanced telehealth platform. Flexible working hours can be arranged, but typically, you will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your scheduling may adjust based on patient needs, emphasizing our commitment to providing timely and effective care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and establish therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating psychoeducation to enhance clients' understanding of their conditions and recovery pathways.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services and support clients dealing with acute mental health challenges, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications\n
