Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Andy completes clinical documentation for nurses who do home visits. Home health nursing is a $250B industry, where 40% of revenue is spent on administrative tasks. Within 5 years, every nursing note will be done by purpose-built AI. What You’ll Do You’ll develop AI that reads complex, multi-modal data (text, image, audio) and generates accurate, home-health-specific documentation. Structure highly heterogeneous healthcare data using frontier models Enhance models through detailed failure analysis and rapid iterations Design human-review processes to generate high-quality ground truth Get creative & experiment relentlessly Bonus : learn medicine & see how money flows in healthcare.
