Account Manager - Valet & Parking Services - Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

Job Summary At Towne Park, the Account Manager directly oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Financial and Business Systems Management Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance. Improve the financial performance and profitability of the account. Maximize opportunities within contractual agreements and positively move forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover metrics. Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates under direct supervision. Ensure forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate. Utilize standardized business systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Human Resources Engage in recruitment and hiring processes to select best talent for the location. Create an environment that retains talented associates. Respond proactively to associate feedback, satisfaction surveys, and exit interviews. Ensure new associates receive proper orientation and on‑job training. Recognize great performance, provide opportunities for growth, and conduct performance appraisals and coaching. Hold effective associate meetings and ensure shift huddles occur on every shift. Delegate responsibilities appropriately and effectively. Service Management Deliver consistent guest/patient service experience on all shifts. Efficiently allocate labor resources to support service delivery. Forecast and plan seasonal staffing needs in collaboration with District Manager and HR. Integrate client service standards with Towne Park standards. Use client service metrics to drive results. Client Relations Management Build cohesive relationships with client staff. Maintain regular meeting rhythms and communication channels with the client. Ensure high visibility and focus on exceeding client expectations. Capitalize on opportunities to grow Towne Park’s business and build client loyalty. Systems and Standards Fully understand and utilize Towne Park systems to control assets and expenditures. Train others in proper system use. Maintain a clean, neat work environment and complete tasks in a timely manner. Cooperate with management and coworkers to meet internal and external customer needs. Treat clients and associates with courtesy, respect, and dignity; maintain strict confidentiality. Safety and Risk Management Follow safety and security procedures and practice preventative safety procedures. Report accidents and incidents promptly and cooperate with Risk Management. Ensure all associates receive proper safety and loss prevention training. Follow the progressive disciplinary process for safety violations. Respond to workplace safety concerns and manage worker’s compensation cases with HR. Adhere to Towne Park employment and payroll policies to limit exposure to claims and litigation. Sales Responsibilities Maintain relationships with current clients to obtain references and leads for new opportunities. Inform leadership and sales teams of changes in ownership or brand at client locations. Monitor client business for construction, expansion, or changes that could create internal growth opportunities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Plan, set priorities, and manage multiple complex projects under pressure. Demonstrate work ethic, drive, energy, and persistence to achieve goals. Maintain stability, dependability, and professionalism under changing circumstances. Computer proficiency with MS Office and various point‑of‑sale applications. Effective written and verbal communication with all organizational levels. Represent the company effectively in diverse settings. Read, analyze, and interpret business policies, procedures, manuals, training materials, and communications. Compose professional internal and external communications, including reports and emails. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; minimum of two (2) years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination. Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources, and customer service. Must be able to drive manual transmission and maintain a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. At least 18 years of age; must pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is commensurate with skills, experience, education or training and location. Base salary range: $54,700 – $82,000. Potential eligibility for annual incentive bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, basic life and AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Paid time off: up to 80 hours per year, 6 paid holidays, and up to 4 paid floating holidays. Physical Demands and Work Environment Regularly required to run, stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally; push/pull up to 75 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally; push/pull (wheelchair) 100–350 lbs frequently. Extended hours, evenings, weekends, and up to 10% travel may be required.
