LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Gastonia, NC and surrounding areas. We are seeking full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, and weekends). Nurses provide direct one‑on‑one medical care in patients' homes, making a difference in their lives. Pay Range Starting at $29/hr. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new grads welcome, training provided). Provide care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
