The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, and internal collaboration with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into polished, audience-ready content.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create, edit, and schedule content for blogs, social media, email, and website platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, leadership) to gather content and marketing needs
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website copy
• Monitor and report on content/campaign performance metrics
• Support event planning and execution as needed
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 2–5 years of marketing or content-related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools
• Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
• Familiarity with marketing analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• B2B marketing experience preferred
