Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily support clients dealing with the complexities of terminal illness and end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree is preferred.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
