Front Office Scheduler
We're a growing, vibrant, fun-loving pediatric and orthodontic dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Scheduler to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly. If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Front Office Scheduler position!
Looking for a full-time Front Office Scheduling Coordinator immediately for our pedo/ortho office in Costa Mesa, Placentia, Cerritos, and Garden Grove. A commute between offices is required.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. Confirm appointments and manage any changes or cancellations.
- Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, address inquiries, and handle appointment bookings and rescheduling.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in our database. Maintain organized and current patient records.
- Verify patient insurance details and assist with any related questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication within the office.

- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Must be punctual.
- Must be dependable.

- Must be bilingual.
- Must have a very bubbly personality.
- A team player who's ready to contribute to our fun and friendly office environment.
- A background check is required, and excellent references are a must.
