Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration Paralegal to join an established law firm in Jupiter, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, strong organizational skills, and a client-focused approach, with the ability to independently manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters while working closely with attorneys and families.

• Independently manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration files from intake through closure.
• Meet with clients to gather information and identify estate planning needs.
• Prepare estate planning documents and related legal materials.
• Guide personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries through probate and trust administration.
• Prepare and e-file probate pleadings.
• Prepare and e-record required legal documents.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.
• Handle prospective client intake calls and prepare engagement letters.
• Schedule and lead client consultations and meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate.
• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with LexisNexis, Lawgic, Simplifile, and TimeSlips preferred.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
