Accounting Manager

Confidential – Accounting Manager Charlotte, NC (South Charlotte) A privately held, global technology focused company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its corporate accounting team. This role will oversee a wide range of accounting functions supporting a growing business unit within a fast‑paced, evolving environment. What You’ll Do Lead and manage all close activities for the division Ensure accurate and timely journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Review division-level financial statements for accuracy and completeness Ensure division accounting practices align with corporate policies and GAAP Provide technical accounting support, including ASC 606 and inventory standards Strengthen internal controls and support audit requests Serve as the primary accounting liaison between the division and corporate Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational reviews Communicate financial results and key trends to division leadership Help streamline close processes, reporting workflows, and system usage Assist with acquisitions, integrations, system upgrades, or policy changes Lead ad‑hoc analysis and cross‑functional initiatives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or public accounting Strong proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving abilities Experience with inventory and international accounting standards CPA preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
