We are seeking a highly skilled MICU Registered Nurse to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Medical ICU experience, with EPIC experience mandatory. This role involves caring for patients with multisystem organ failure, respiratory failure, COVID, sepsis, post-cardiac arrest, DKA, liver failure, and renal failure. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management, along with specialized procedures like continuous glucose monitoring and externalized IV pumps for COVID+ patients. Candidates must hold current BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and AHA certifications. Experience with NxStage CRRT, Alaris IV pumps, GE cardiac monitors and ventilators, and knowledge of Boom lifts in patient rooms is preferred.
