Data Analyst / Data Engineer

Overview: Position Title * Data Analyst / Data Engineer Position Responsibilities Position: Data Analyst / Data Engineer Openings: 2 (1 Senior-level) Location: McLean, VA Schedule: Fully onsite - 5 days/week Contract: Contract with potential for extension Updated Skill Requirements (In Order of Priority) IICS (Informatica) + SQL + AWS + Data Modeling + Python The most critical requirements are IICS and SQL - please prioritize candidates with strong, hands-on experience in both. Key Responsibilities Data Design & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions across analytics, reporting, and data warehousing environments
- Perform hands-on development using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and SAS
- Build and support data models, pipelines, and integration processes
- Execute data migration, integration, and enrichment across complex datasets
- Perform data profiling, validation, and testing to ensure data integrity
- Support source-to-target mapping and reconciliation activities
- Deliver analytical outputs and reporting to support business and regulatory needs
- Develop dashboards and visualizations (Tableau and other tools)
- Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Partner with business, engineering, and program teams to meet delivery milestones
- Clearly document designs, logic, and testing outcomes
- Contribute to improving data standards, controls, and processes
