What You'll Do

As a Buick GMC Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey-from initial contact to vehicle delivery. You'll help customers find the right Buick or GMC vehicle while providing an exceptional, personalized experience that builds lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features during test drives
• Present financing, protection, and ownership options when appropriate
• Manage the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle understanding
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using CRM tools
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications:
