Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is partnering with a reputable organization in Rosemont, IL , to hire a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive hourly compensation, and the potential for long-term career growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and a demonstrated history of reliability and job stability.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet customer satisfaction and service level goals
- Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced call center environment
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude and consistently provide high-quality customer service
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated job stability, ideally with at least one year of tenure in previous positions
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Strong phone presence with a friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
