Outside Services Attendant

Telluride Ski and Golf Club Position

Provides an exceptional experience for members and guests at the Telluride Ski and Golf Club through high-end customer service and management of the golf car fleet, practice facilities, and bag storage areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following and other duties as assigned:

• Greets all members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Reviews daily tee sheet and arranges golf bags and golf carts in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for daily operations of practice facility, including: golf ball recovery and washing, set-up and breakdown of range equipment, and use of machinery/equipment.
• Assists to keep all working areas attractive, neat, and free of trash and waste.
• Performs daily opening and closing procedures.
• Responsible for golf car fleet cleanliness, staging, proper rotation, supplies, and general working condition.
• Assists supervisors and managers in maintaining a well-organized bag storage area.
• Communicates with Golf Shop and Player Assistant staff updates to daily tee sheet, member and guest concerns and complaints, and challenges to golf car fleet and rental club fleet.
• Provides shuttle operations between all Outside Services work areas, parking lot, and Golf Shop.
• Assist with organization and production of tournament events, group outings, and other special events as needed.
• Supports and adheres to Telluride Ski and Golf club initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One (1) to three (3) months related experience preferred.
• Experience with machinery and general maintenance preferred.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Identify appropriate decisions in a given situation for which no specific rule or procedure has been established.
• Apply reasoning skills when confronted with circumstances requiring a discretionary decision.
• Establish priorities and construct further plans after an initial assessment.

Computer Skills

• Email
• Point of Sale or reservation management software

Other Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quite to moderate.

To be considered for this position, applicants are required to have the availability to be onsite on or before May 11th, 2026 to participate in the mandatory staff training. Please note the end of season date is October 16, 2026.

The pay rate for this position is $21.00/hr + shared gratuity and an end of season performance-based bonus.
