What You'll Do Contact applicants by phone, email, and text to discuss employment opportunities. Assist with scheduling interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Help new hires complete onboarding paperwork and required documentation. Maintain accurate applicant records and track hiring progress. Support job postings, recruiting events, and outreach efforts. Work closely with the Hiring Manager and office team to meet staffing needs. Provide a welcoming, professional experience for every applicant. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Comfortable making frequent phone calls and speaking with new people. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office. Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and Microsoft Office. Dependable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
