Role

Important part of our Leadership Team that assists with the day-to-day operations within the Business Office. Acts as a liaison between Team Members, Leadership Team, Residents and Families.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with compliance and documentation and record keeping to meet current regulation compliance standards.
• Must have experience in Accounts payable and receivable
• Must have experience in bill generation and collections
• Provides relevant, complete, accurate and timely financial information to residents, family members (as necessary), administrative staff and Juniper Home Office.
• Responsible for cash management of local operation to include resident, balancing general ledgers by posting standard and adjustment journal entries, assists in preparation of monthly financials, reconciles monthly statements, preforms month-end close for accounting modules.
• Must have experience with Skilled Nursing billing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (required) Associates Degree in Business/Accounting (preferred)
• Previous experience in healthcare or service-related setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of all application governmental regulations
