What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent and caregiver training Analyze client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete clinical documentation Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size:

9–10 clients (center-based, consistent caseload) Billable hour expectations:

24–25 hours per week Support Structure: Layered clinical leadership including Clinical Directors, Regional Clinical Directors, and Director of Clinical Services Family-owned organization with accessible, engaged executive leadership Strong operational support to reduce administrative burden so clinicians can focus on clinical quality

Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary:

$80,000–$90,000 annually (salary model) or $77–$87 per billable hour (hourly model), based on experience Bonus structure: Sign-on bonus opportunities available for select roles and locations Performance-based earnings depending on compensation model PTO: Salary compensation model, employees receive 120 hours of PTO annually, prorated during the first year. Hourly compensation model, employees can accrue up to 120 hours of PTO per calendar year at a rate of 1 hour for every 17.33 hours worked. Health benefits:
