Join our team in Lake Zurich, IL, where you'll be the welcoming face of our client's Regional Office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.

Location: Lake Zurich, IL - 100% onsite

Duration: 6 weeks

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay rate: $22/hr to $24/hr

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional voice.
• Route calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Maintain internal phone list and Reception Quick Reference.
• Welcome on-site visitors and announce to appropriate personnel.
• Follow visitor sign-in guidelines and provide guest/visitor badges.
• Maintain and control badge access for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Create badges for new employees.
• Receive and sort daily mail.
• Process outgoing mail.
• Order and maintain supplies including but not limited to Mail room, Break room, Office, etc.
• Maintain vendor service logs.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills:
