Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description Job Description This is a versatile position combining customer service, sales administration, and social media marketing. Client is more focused on attitude, aptitude, and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom/Customer Service: Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with product inquiries.
Sales Support: Assist field sales reps with basic quotes, product specifications, delivery updates, service requests, and customer follow-up.
Social Media (20%): Take ownership of the Memphis location's TikTok presence, creating authentic, engaging content and supporting local marketing initiatives.
Administrative: Learn internal systems, coordinate communication, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Ideal Candidate
Highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Personable, professional, and an effective communicator.
Creative, comfortable with social media, and interested in marketing.
Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.
College degree not required. Recent graduates or candidates with backgrounds in administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales support could be excellent fits. Selling Points
