Pest Control Sales Account Executive Real Home Service Solutions, Phoenix, Arizona, United States – Full‑Time Sales About this position We are currently hiring a Pest Control Sales Account Executive to support our clients' growing operations in the Phoenix area. In this role, you will meet with qualified customers, perform service consultations, recommend solutions, and close sales. Our outreach team and existing customer base help generate opportunities so you can focus on delivering value and building relationships. Whether you have prior sales experience or are looking to grow your career in outside sales, field sales, or territory sales, we provide the training, mentorship, and tools needed to succeed. Responsibilities Conduct customer consultations and basic inspections to understand pest control needs Recommend pest control, termite protection, ant infestation, rodent management, insulation and crawl‑space remediation Present service options and upsell additional services when appropriate Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training Compensation Average Pest Control Sales Agent: $2,750 weekly Uncapped commission structure Additional performance incentives and bonuses available Why Us?
