Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to provide outstanding service to clients. This role involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and supporting veterinary staff while ensuring a welcoming and efficient hospital environment.

Duties

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling using our practice management software.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper billing procedures are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding pet care, hospital services, and veterinary terminology.
• Maintain organized records of patient information with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in veterinary reception or customer service within an animal healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, veterinary staff, and team members.
• Basic understanding of veterinary terminology, animal restraint methods, and pet care best practices is essential.
