Line Cook Position – Captain Al’s Steak & Seafood
Captain Al’s Steak & Seafood is currently seeking motivated and dependable cooks to join our kitchen team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and take pride in preparing high-quality food.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and properly prep your assigned station before service
- Execute tickets accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
- Work multiple kitchen stations as needed, including:
- Grill
- Fry
- Sauté
- Main Line
- Boil Station
- Dessert Station
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout service
- Follow all food safety and kitchen procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Break down, clean, and restock your station after service
- Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
