Pyrotek is seeking an HR Business Partner - Benefits & Leave to manage USA benefits and leave administration and support the Corporate Office. You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and advise leaders on policy changes that align with Pyrotek’s mission and culture. Key duties include administering medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans, coordinating FMLA, STD and LTD LOAs, analyzing plan costs, and communicating policies to employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pyrotek
