We operate in 52+ district office locations across the United States, supporting industries ranging from retail and healthcare to education and restaurants./ppWe are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our fire protection inspection, service, and installation business throughout King of Prussia and the surrounding region. This role focuses on developing new inspection and service contracts for fire protection services by building relationships with commercial property owners, property management companies, and facility managers. The position will also identify and develop new construction and tenant fit-out opportunities for fire alarm and fire sprinkler installations. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys networking, prospecting, and becoming a trusted life-safety partner for local businesses./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliProspect and develop new clients including commercial building owners, facility managers, and property management companies/liliBuild long-term relationships that generate recurring inspection and service contracts/liliIdentify opportunities for fire alarm, sprinkler, extinguisher, and kitchen suppression inspections/liliIdentify new construction and tenant improvement projects/liliWork with and develop relationships with general contractors, developers, and building owners to secure fire alarm and sprinkler installation projects/liliTrack local development and bid opportunities/liliServe as a resource for customers regarding fire code compliance and life safety requirements/liliConduct site visits and assess customer fire protection needs/liliCoordinate with internal inspection, service, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery/liliMaintain an active pipeline of opportunities/liliMeet or exceed sales targets for service agreements and installation projects/liliProvide accurate forecasting and reporting/li/ulpQualifications/pulli2+ years of outside sales experience (Fire protection industry preferred)/liliExperience selling service contracts, construction services, or B2B services (AIA knowledge preferred)/liliStrong networking and relationship-building skills/liliSelf-motivated with the ability to prospect and generate new business/liliBasic understanding of commercial buildings or construction/liliValid Drivers License/li/ulpCompensation/pulliBase salary of $50,000/liliCommission program/liliCar allowance/liliGas card/liliEZ Pass/li/ulpCandidate will interview and report out of the Pottstown, PA Office. Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
