Love helping people find the right home? Hopper Communities is hiring a New Home Sales Consultant to welcome buyers to our Charlotte-area communities and guide them all the way to closing day.

The role

You'll run your own model home, turn visitors into homeowners and stay by each buyer's side through contract, design, construction and closing. This is a full-time, on-site role, reporting to our Area Sales Manager.

What you'll do

• Welcome every visitor, learn what they need and match them to the right home and home site.
\n
• Show models, inventory homes, homes under construction and home sites with product knowledge.
\n
• Explain options, HOA fees, taxes, financing and the buying process clearly.
\n
• Follow up on every visit and inquiry within 24 hours, prospect for new buyers and build strong Realtor relationships through regular outreach.
\n
• Keep your model home show-ready and well stocked.
\n
• Shop the competition, track the local market and report sales activity weekly.
\n
• Guide buyers through contract, lending, design selections, construction and closing.
\n
• Present purchase agreements and addenda and connect buyers with our preferred lender to choose the right financing program.
\n
• Keep sales paperwork accurate and on time.
\n

What you bring

\n
• 3+ years of sales experience; 5+ years in new home sales or real estate brokerage preferred, with knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market.
\n
• You're self-motivated, responsible and trustworthy.
\n
• A track record of meeting sales goals.
\n
• Comfort with a CRM and everyday technology.
\n
• Weekend availability, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
\n
• Persuasive, with strong spoken and written communication and great people skills.
\n
• Organized, competitive and results-driven, and just as effective working on your own as with a team.
\n
• Four-year degree preferred.
\n

Schedule, pay and benefits

Full-time and on-site, 5 days a week in 8-hour shifts, with weekends as regular work days. You'll get 2 consecutive days off each week and 1 weekend off a month as staffing permits.

Based in Charlotte, NC 28203. You'll need to commute reliably or relocate before your start date.
