Engagement Tech Lead, Developer Relations - AI Agents We are looking for an Engagement Tech Lead, Developer Relations - AI Agents to drive strategic partnership with leading ISVs who are delivering AgentOps platforms or services using accelerated computing and Agentic AI. The role is a high‑profile position in NVIDIA, where you will evangelize NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI technologies and products from NVIDIA Cuda‑x libraries, Nemotron, NIM, NeMo libraries, Agent Toolkits to Blueprints. Key Responsibilities Developing the AgentOps ecosystem strategy. Identifying the leading ISV companies, and starting, managing, and growing partnership relations. Working closely with partners to identify acceleration and integration opportunities. Driving technical engagement and product collaboration with partners to support partners’ technology, product and solution development with NVIDIA products and technologies. Collaborating with NVIDIA’s product, marketing, business development, and sales teams to advocate partners’ solutions, showcase NVIDIA‑enabled solutions, and drive joint GTM with partners. Partnering with NVIDIA’s product/engineering teams to influence NVIDIA’s product roadmap development based on the voice of partners. Qualifications BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative attitude. Proven expertise in AgentOps, GenAIOps, LLMOps, generative AI, and agentic AI. 12+ years of related work experience. Additional Competencies / Ways to Stand Out Background with NVIDIA GPUs, platforms, and SDKs. Experience building strategic partnerships and a versatile ISV ecosystem. Experience in deep learning, generative AI, agentic AI research, product, and engineering development. Compensation & Benefits Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD – 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 272,000 USD – 431,250 USD for Level 6. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
